Product inventory changes quickly and isn’t secured until your order is approved and any required deposit or payment is received. If an item becomes unavailable before we lock things in, don’t freak out… we’ll help you find a great alternative!
Quotes are valid for 15 days from the date provided. Due to ongoing market shifts (looking at you, tariffs), freight changes, and vendor price updates, please confirm pricing again after that window has passed. Taxes, shipping, duties, and design or rush fees are not included unless specifically noted.
Invoices are typically sent once items ship unless a deposit or prepayment is required for custom or made-to-order items. Payment terms are Net 15 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Prefer to pay by credit card? No problem, just note a 4% processing fee will be added.
Late payments may result in fees or delays on future orders. Don’t be that guy.
Once you approve your artwork proof, we consider it final and your order moves into production. At that point, changes or cancellations may not be possible and could result in additional fees.
We’re not responsible for errors in client-supplied artwork, so please review all proofs carefully before approving. If your art sucks, you’re in luck - our design services are always available!
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on vendor schedules or factors outside our control. Orders cancelled after production begins may be subject to partial or full charges. Custom and decorated items are generally non-refundable once production starts.
Getting your orders produced correctly and delivered on time is our first priority. Big Bunny would love to deliver every order by hand, but we trust UPS and FedEx to do this for us! While we plan carefully around holidays and weather, Big Bunny Creative can’t be responsible for third-party carrier delays, damages, or events outside our control.
Shipping dates are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery is confirmed in writing. Expedited shipping is available if you are willing to pay!
Because our products are custom-made, returns aren’t accepted unless items arrive defective or incorrect due to a production error. Any issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery and may require photos for review.
Blank or random samples under $30 may be provided at no charge while supplies last. Samples over $30 will be invoiced to you including shipping costs. Sample availability doesn’t guarantee inventory for full production.
Pre-production samples (one item from your order with customized artwork sent for approval before the full quantity is decorated) will be quoted and invoiced separately.
Big Bunny Creative isn’t liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond our control - weather, supply chain madness, labor issues, or other force-majeure situations. We appreciate your trust in our business!
